Position:


About The Role


As a First Fence Fabrication Administrator you are responsible for the overall administrative activities in fabrication working alongside the production office team and production manager.


You will play an integral part in ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to each and every one of our customers.


Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing:
Raising Production paperwork for all stages of fabrication.

Creating cost effective cut lists for use of materials.

Monitoring stock levels to ensure fulfilment of requirements.

Printing drawings and production orders ready with each requirement list.

Creating job packs for custom orders, including production orders, drawings, sales orders & material usage sheets.

Checking custom drawings for none stock materials that will need ordering.

Keeping custom tracker up to date.

Scanning documents into SAP.

Creating and booking in stock transfers between depots.

Keeping the requirement tracker up to date.

Raising Purchase orders for suppliers.

Monitoring purchase orders coming in to the depot / chasing delivery dates if required.

Customer call backs.

Creating skus (items) and boms (material breakdowns) for new products/ lines within SAP.

Pushing and monitoring detracks (our proof of delivery system).

Booking in steel coils which require batch coding.

  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • You have IT literacy, skills in Excel and the ability to handle electronic data
  • Understanding of risk management in the context of the supply chain.

Other information:


Salary: 12.54ph

Hours: 42.5 Mon to Friday
