Accounts Administrator


Location:
Finchley, North London


We are recruiting for a growing business based in Finchley, North London and are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the finance team as an Accounts Administrator.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of theaccounts payable and bank reconciliation processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting with monthend close processes
  • Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving any payment discrepancies

Requirements:


  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred, but not essential
  • AAT studier or recent graduate with relevant coursework is ideal
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Working Hours:

  • Fulltime, 5 days a week in the office

Salary:

- £22,500 per annum

Training:

  • Onthejob training will be provided to help you learn the accounts payable and bank reconciliation processes.
