Accounts Administrator
Location:
Finchley, North London
We are recruiting for a growing business based in Finchley, North London and are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the finance team as an Accounts Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and expenses
- Reconciling bank statements
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with monthend close processes
- Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving any payment discrepancies
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred, but not essential
- AAT studier or recent graduate with relevant coursework is ideal
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Working Hours:
- Fulltime, 5 days a week in the office
Salary:
- £22,500 per annum
Training:
- Onthejob training will be provided to help you learn the accounts payable and bank reconciliation processes.
