The Role:


As an Internal Account Manager, you will be part of an established team that manages a range of diverse, high-profile accounts.

You will undertake a client facing, commercial role encompassing client and account management business development, solutionsand strategic selling and engage with the wider business for project delivery.

You will effectively work within a mini-business and support the Client Directors in penetrating new accounts whist managing existing customers.


Primary responsibilities:


  • Support the Client Director on their accounts on a daytoday basis
  • Build & maintain the database intelligence within the CRM System
  • Uncovering, nurturing and closing opportunities for any product / service within the portfolio
  • Communicate with existing customers, following up to investigate if we can assist with any additional requirements
  • Ensure we correctly understand the individual and unique needs of each customer
  • Work with the internal Operations team to help deliver projects
  • Maintain good working relationships with existing clients

Skills and experience needed for Internal Account Manager:

  • Experience in a similar role within the IT sector is highly desirable, though not essential.
  • Have the ability to form positive working relationships
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Is a selfmotivated collaborator, enjoys working as part of a wider team

Salary:

Up to £40,000 dependant on experience + commission package.

Working Hours:

Location:

This role is based from our London City (EC3R) office. Hybrid working will be available post probation.
