Description
To be able to greet and meet both relatives and patients when they first arrive to the ward.


To be able to work on different IT systems (training will be provided if not used the current trust systems).

To join a busy cardiology ward that has a high turnover of patients,

To work mainly late shifts Monday to Friday

To cover the early shift when there is annual leave and sickness where possible.

To be able to use different IT systems.


To be able to deal with any queries or concerns that either patients or relatives raise, or be able to pass these concerns on to the nurse in charge.

To be any to communicate in a different ways ie written, verbal or via computers.

To file any medical records.

To book transport to transfer patients home or to other hospitals.

To be able to work on your own but also as part of a team.
