This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Relations Team. Dealing with simple queries through to complex complaints, you'll become an Ambassador for our Customers. No two customers, problems, or resolution journeys are the same.

Sometimes you won't know the right answer, but we're looking for someone who is always up for the challenge and resilient enough to keep going.

In short, we're looking for someone that has a bit of everything, including a light dusting of magic. We don't ask for much.


What we need from you:


  • We're looking for confident individuals with a natural flair for conversation, great listeners who remain calm.
  • People who get a buzz out of building relationships and solving problems.
  • We want our staff to be bold in their attitude and outlook, as we're a people first environment, we support and take care of our Customers.
  • A positive and resilient attitude with a high level of selfmotivation.

The Job:


  • Act as the first point of contact for our customers
  • Ensure their queries are dealt with quickly and effectively
  • Record and monitor customer feedback, including complaints
  • Use and update our online database systems
  • Liaise with our many internal teams across Essex and London
