    Overview:

    Schools across the South East of London are looking for Cover Supervisors to joining their schools in a variety of different roles.

    This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to make a difference in the lives of secondary school students.

    The Role as Unqualified Teacher:
    Offering support and guidance to students as necessary, implementing the school's behaviour management policies and procedures. Uphold and advocate for the school's values and ethos, ensuring a positive and cohesive learning environment. Foster open communication with teaching staff and school leadership. Stay flexible in responding to the evolving needs of the school, embodying a proactive and collaborative approach.

    Requirements as a Unqualified Teacher

    Previous experience working in a school setting or with young people is desirable.
    Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is an advantage.
    A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards education.
