JOB SUMMARY:

- Winnersh, Berkshire
- Salary: £ £25000 per annumREF: 31515As well as Reception duties, the role will involve supporting the Finance team with order processing and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all incoming telephone calls are answered and transferred professionally
- Responsible for opening, franking and distributing incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis
- Provide administration support for the Finance & Administration Department
- General meet and greet all visitors, making teas/coffees for visitors
- Ordering stationary plus printed business cards, branded envelopes and paper
- Meeting diary management
- Arranging the purchase and set up of meeting lunches and drinks for internal and external customers
- Processing orders
Key Requirements
- Polite telephone manner
- Good admin and IT skills
- Accurate data entry
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to interact well with other employees and Departmental Managers
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Full driving licence
