Description

He or she must oversee engineering technical training with a "can-do" attitude covering a mixed ability of pre-written and pre-constructed courses to trainees from a diverse background of experience.

The courses will be presented face to face in RA facilities along with customer site activities within the UK and also internationally virtually via modern inactive methods.

The true success of the role is to exceed in the ability to be a self-sufficient member of the team, a truly customer focused ambassador of the company, and an "expert" in the areas of technical knowledge required.

Also and most importantly, to be a "great trainer", which empowers people to learn and progress in their overall chosen career.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Functional

Deliver technical course materials to customers
Attends RA and customer facilities
Delivers oral, written and virtual training materials to a diverse customer base
Ensure availability and suitability of necessary media prior to each course
Takes ownership for results and excels in delivery
Ensures conformance to all internal standards
Interpersonal, responsible for selfresource planning and selfdevelopment
Selfsufficient, selfmanaging but also a team player
Demonstrates business acumen with the ability to create learning plans for bespoke courses
Supports and helps implement business wide strategies within the training business

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum requirements: Extensive experience within control system
Proven success at presenting complex and technical issues both written and orally
Extensive experience with customers in a face to face environment
Desired Experience of team leading
Experience of coaching and mentoring
Degree level of education (Bachelor of Art, BCom, BSC or relative)
