Quality Improvement Facilitator - Band 5

£32,720 - £39,769 Inc HCAS per annum pro rata

Full time hours per week


Are you passionate about facilitating change in community healthcare with an interest in supporting Quality Improvement to enhance patient care? If so, then this opportunity may be ideal for you.


This exciting new role involves working as part of the Quality Improvement Team at Bromley Healthcare to support our clinical and non-clinical staff with using QI methodologies to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of our services, with the ultimate aim of optimising the quality of patient care and enhancing patient, carer and staff experience.

We have a provisional interview date of 4th September


The key component of this role will be to support the delivery of quality improvement projects across the organisation, encouraging and educating all staff on the use of QI methodologies to enhance working towards a desired outcome.


You will support with developing detailed project plans and be able to identify key milestones and timescales to measure progress.

You should have skills in data collection and interpretation with a knowledge of how data is used to support continuous improvement.

You should have some experience of implementing Quality Improvement or service development projects and interventions and possess a good understanding of the importance of collaborative working with key stakeholders and wider system partners.


The successful post holder will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively build positive working relationships with members of the clinical teams to enable positive active engagement that empowers the project leaders, participants and key stakeholders to achieve their goals.

This role is being offered as a permanent full time role or as a secondment opportunity.

We welcome applicants who have an interest in developing their knowledge of quality improvement with clinical and non-clinical backgrounds including non-registered support staff.

Bromley Healthcare is a community interest company providing a wide range of services including community nursing services such as district nursing, health visiting to specialist nurses, as well as therapy services for children, young people and adults.

Salary is dependant on NHS experience and current banding/pay point.
