    Early Years Teaching Assistant Position


    Location:
    Primary School in Tameside


    Start Date:
    After Half Term

    About the Role


    We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary school in the Tameside area.

    This position involves working closely with young children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support their educational and developmental needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Support the Class Teacher:
    Assist in delivering high-quality education to early years students.

    Activity Planning:
    Help plan and implement engaging and educational activities.

    Individual Support:
    Provide tailored support to children, aiding their developmental milestones.

    Environment Management:
    Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children.

    Collaboration:
    Work effectively with staff, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for the children.

    Requirements

    Experience:
    Previous experience working in an EYFS setting is essential.

    Passion:
    A genuine passion for working with young children.

    Skills:
    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Attitude:
    A positive and proactive attitude towards early childhood education.
