An award-winning International Property Acquisition/Asset Management specialist has an opening in their Accounts office. This is a busy and varied role, in a fast-paced office.


Duties will include:
Working in a team to share and rotate the following tasks

Purchase Ledger Tasks

Filing of supplier invoices and other associated Accounts filing

Preparing electronically/ postal received Supplier invoices for input to Qube Barcode and scan supplier invoices

Register on to Qube Purchase Ledger supplier invoices

Telephone suppliers to rectify incorrect billing

Weekly reconciliation of Payments Bank Account Cashier Tasks Post and bank cheque receipts on a daily basis Post receipts daily from standing orders & CHAPS etc Transfer receipts from the Central Receipts account daily and advise the bank of sub-accountmovements

Request breakdowns & otherwise investigate unidentified receipts Check unsettled receipts/ tenant credits and allocate where appropriate Post unpaid cheques, send a letter to tenant and advise Credit Controllers Liaise with and assist Credit Controllers,advising of any known issues affecting the chasing of arrears

Run fund transfer reports and send to Bank for sub-account movements Run the Qube fund clearance routine on a daily basis Weekly reconciliation of Receipts bank account

Other Tasks Weekly bank reconciliation of Client GL balances

Quarterly posting of bank interest Envelope and post tenant demands

Archive old Accounts files as requested Assist with other Accounts tasks as required

You must have at least 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar role.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
