Lettings Coordinator - Wickham - Up to £23,000 - £25,000

Ambitious Group are working with one the longest established and leading independent Estate Agents in Newcastle, to help them secure a new Lettings Coordinator.

Based in Wickham, you will be responsible for letting a wide variety of properties as well as routine property inspections.

What you will be doing

Maintaining authentic relationships with all clientele
Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
Vetting potential tenants and arranging viewings
Negotiating lets
Assisting advertising properties and proactively sourcing tenants
Organise regular inspections of portfolio of properties
Conducting check ins and check outs

What you will have

A minimum of 6 months lettings experience is ideal but not essential
Superb organisation skills
Full UK driving licence

1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00 13:00, with 4 hours off in lieu
