What you will be doing

Establishing fantastic relationships with both buyers and sellers
Being the first point of contact for customers into the business
Conducting viewings
Preparing house for viewing, organising keys etc
Offering additional services to help the customer with their buying/selling journey

What you will have

The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, and to understand the needs/wants of a customer
Drive and motivation to hit and exceed targets
Positive can do attitude
Fantastic organisation skills

What's in it for you

Basic Salary up to £21,000
Generous commission structure with realistic OTE of £25,000 (more is achievable)
