Exciting new job opportunity for 2023

Part of the HW Martin Group of companies, Lochrin Bain is an industry leading UK manufacturer of perimeter security fencing systems and gates.

Brief Duties:

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be a key member of the Manufacturing Team, responsible for manufacturing steel fencing and gate components.

You will have the opportunity to use your skills and knowledge within the role with a clear emphasis on safety; quality; and productivity.

Operation and setting of various machines including power presses, brakes presses, rolling mills and drilling machines.
Proven work experience of manual work as level of physical work will be required.
Ability to organize resources, materials and to control material usage to minimize waste.
Good knowledge and grasp of basic arithmetic.
Ability to understand basic technical drawings is essential.
Carrying out routine maintenance.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills Required:

No formal qualifications required.

Previous experience in working with power presses and brake press machines or equivalent machinery is essential.

Hours:
Monday to Thursday and Friday

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
From £10.75 per hour
