Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting for an Associate Director of Estate Management and Valuation based in Exeter. Interested? Read on for more information.

Our client:

a multi-discipline practice specialising in providing professional services to largely local authority clients, with offices across the United Kingdom.


The role:

You will be responsible for supporting Senior Management in managing property professional and technical staff, providing specialist Estate Management and Valuation services.

You will provide leadership, management and direction to ensure effective day to day running of the team.

Not only this but you will be delivering your own programme of fee earning case work, and supporting the Director of Estates and Valuation with marketing, business development and preparing tenders and proposals.


Requirements:


  • MRICS Qualified
  • 10 years private or public sector experience
  • RICS registered valuer
  • You will have a good knowledge and understanding of law of compulsory purchase
  • Good level of experience delivering Local Authority Asset Valuations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
