The Talent for Care team are offering a permanent Band 5 opportunity for someone with project management experience, who is motivated to drive forward and assist in the shaping of key Talent for Care projects.

To work collaboratively with the Talent for Care Leads to ensure the service delivery standards (KPIs) are achieved.


To provide a professional, confidential and proactive service to managers and staff in relation to the Talent for Care Agenda.


To act as an ambassador for the department and for the Trust by coordinating regular meetings and events to promote Talent for Care objectives.


Working with the Innovation and wider Education teams to ensure the Talent for Care agenda is fully embedded in the Trust.


Act as an ambassador for the Trust, ensuring the positive development of the Trust brand, championing the Trust's values and leading the progression of the Talent for Care Get in Agenda.

  • Working with the wider education team ensure the Talent for Care agenda is fully embedded in the Trust.
  • To work collaboratively with the Talent for Care Leads to ensure the service delivery standards (KPIs) are achieved
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Department, the Trust and externally to ensure that service delivery plans are met
  • Act as an ambassador for the Trust, ensuring the positive development of the Trust brand, championing the Trust's values and leading the progression of the Talent for Care Get in Agenda.
