    Description
    Technical Support Engineer |Somerotes| Salary - £ £43000 |

    You will be responsible for working with our existing and many new Software suppliers to drive change and innovation, where we are front and centre to deliver.

    Assist internal and external customers with technical support including proof reading of technical publications
    Complete technical reports following field visit activities, ensuring the report is written in a way that a customer could understand the content
    Provide assistance and work on projects as directed
    Remotely diagnosing and resolving technical issues
    Coordinating field service visits
    Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment industry.
    Understanding of PLC's, electrical drawings
    Service Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, Customer Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or Technical Support Engineer.
