This is an exciting time to join our Resourcing Team committed to providing a high quality recruitment service across all areas of the Trust, in support of our aim of making Salisbury Hospital the 'best place to work'.


  • Process recruitment related correspondence and documentation ensuring efficient and accurate completion of safe recruitment procedures for designated areas to include, ID checks, filing of new starter documents, clearance of Occupational Health on Trac, DBS clearance approval, destruction of personal files and chasing of outstanding preemployment checks correspondence to the department KPIs and in line with employment legislation, Trust and national guidelines.
  • Welcome visitors to the OD and People Department, ensuring the appropriate person is informed.
  • Daily overseeing of the OD & People Department reception.
  • Attend weekly trust inductions to greet and check in of new starters at induction. Collect ID badges and lunch vouchers from facilities for this. Arrange with art care the amount of goodie bags that are required each week.
  • Ensure all new starters E-Folders from induction are moved to the relevant payroll folder.
  • You will also undertake any projects as determined by the Head of Resourcing, Resourcing Manager or Resourcing Specialists.
