    The opportunity

    We are halfway through 2024. How time flies Speaking of flying, whilst we are not seeking a pilot, we are looking for a Resourcing and Talent Attraction Specialist to join us on our transformative journey.

    As a Resourcing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our talent attraction and recruitment efforts, tasked with recruiting permanent, fixed-term, and hourly-paid staff across our three main job families: Academic & Research, Technical, and Administrative and Professional.

    Based within the Central Resourcing Team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our services for central departments within the University, including Digital and Technology, Education, and People.

    About you

    If you thrive in navigating the complex landscape of public sector recruitment, excel in attracting diverse talent, and possess deep expertise in UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) matters, especially when it comes to sponsoring candidates, then you are the candidate we are looking for.

Your excellent communication skills will be essential for collaborating effectively with various individuals and resolving issues, ensuring our team continues to adapt and prosper.
