Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be assisting a well known International brand within education recruit a Finance Business Partner as an addition to their team.

This role will report to the Head of Finance Business Planning & Analysis and will delivera high-quality finance service to the relevant Markets.

This role will suit a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified accountant with Advanced Excel.
This role offers a remote/hybrid work pattern, with 1-2 days per week office based near London Bridge.

Key responsibilities include:

Play a key role in the organisation's growth plans by supplying the relevant Markets with expert financial and management accounting services.
Understand the needs of Market Directors, budget holders and department heads, and building effective working relationships.
Provide direction and robust challenge.
Work with Market teams to achieve greater commercial awareness.
Oversee the general financial management of the Markets and ensure the maintenance of accurate financial records, including reconciliation and processing of journals where necessary.
Production of Market's monthly management reporting packs including commentary and analysis of performance, variances and trends.
Provide regular and ad hoc insightful analysis for decision making including project and product performance reporting.
Working closely in partnership with Markets and their teams to carry out strategic reviews such as financial forecasting and annual budgeting, business cases and tenders.
