- 1yr experience in a costing, engineering, PM or Bid role
- Degree in relevant subject
- Good commercial acumen and communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills , pivots and lookups etc
- Ability to handle a high volume of work, demonstrating excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for building relationships, influencing upwards and laterally , taking ownership of tasks, and keeping colleagues informed of progress.
- Ability to think logically and problem solve
