Overview
Your key responsibilities:
Scanning and Digital Archiving:
Utilise scanning equipment to convert paper-based personnel records into digital format.
Data Entry and Organisation:
Accurately input and organise digital records into the appropriate folders or databases, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure scanned documents are legible, complete, and properly indexed.
Confidentiality Maintenance:
Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and protocols when handling sensitive employee information.
Record Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining an organised and up-to-date digital filing system for all personnel records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with HR team members to prioritise scanning tasks and ensure timely completion of record digitisation.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to scanned documents promptly and effectively.
Process Improvement:
Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve scanning and archiving processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Education & Training:
- No previous experience in this field required.
- Computer literate (outlook, data entry)
