    As a part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

    • Managing the entire estate administration process, including handling more complex cases and preparing files.
    • Gathering all necessary information for probate applications.
    • Collecting crucial data related to the deceased's financials to support probate applications; monitoring the progress and following up as needed.
    • Interacting with external parties like estate agents and conveyancers.
    • Verifying and ensuring disbursements are received by beneficiaries.
    • Wrapping up all accounts and consolidating funds into the estate post grants issuance.
    • Providing regular updates to clients throughout the process.

    You will collaborate closely with a team of case handlers and report directly to the Director.

    The ideal candidate should have a Legal Qualification along with prior experience in an administrative capacity. Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes, as full training will be provided to the chosen candidate.
