Role Summary/Purpose


By becoming a member of GE Vernova's Communications team, you will help build the story and engagement around a significant and public company transformation.

You'll work closely with teams from across the world to demonstrate GE Vernova's progress, performance, and path to growth in a dynamic environment.

Create and manage an 'always on' communication strategy related to GE Vernova's strategy to operate as lean.

Partner with senior business leadership including leaders in Lean, safety and quality to ensure successful communications to keep key stakeholders well-informed to help achieve business objectives.

Ensure employee engagement and strong connectivity to business strategy. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Deliver executive communications on behalf of key leaders, including key internal and external engagements, related to lean, safety and quality.
  • Provide communications strategic counsel to senior leaders and partner with their teams as needed.
  • Create ongoing communications strategy, develop content and evaluate the best channels for delivery of messaging.
  • Partner with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep all employees wellinformed to help achieve business objectives.
  • Advise leaders regarding projects, processes and procedures requiring communications.
  • Partner with internal communications team to accomplish key priorities including culture, strategy and change management efforts.
  • Provide broad support to allemployee communication projects and efforts.
Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge or experience from an accredited university or college in related field (Communications, Marketing)
  • Experience in Corporate Communications and/or Content writing (web/print)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft programs
  • Lifelong learner; thirsty for knowledge and curious
  • Must be creative, and able to adapt quickly in a changing environment
  • Ability to build credibility quickly and become a soughtafter resource for communications advice and counsel
  • Collaborates across functions and teams with humility and grace.
  • Resilient and calm under pressure.
  • Experience leading communications on a global scale
