About the Role:
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for caring and skilled Support Workers to join our well-established service, catering to 6 individuals with learning and physical disabilities. This role involves promoting choices, wellbeing, and independence among the supported individuals.
The service location includes a bungalow with shared living spaces, where individuals engage in various activities such as community outings, walks, coffee visits, and swimming sessions. We are looking for outgoing team members to support and accompany the individuals in achieving their aspirations, including holiday trips.
Our staff work in three shifts: early shifts from 7.30 am to 3 pm, late shifts from 1.30 pm to 9.30 pm, and night shifts from 9 pm to 9 am. Training will be provided to all new staff members. We seek open-minded, eager learners who can contribute positively to our team dynamic.
