- Compliance and Standards - Be a leader in compliance, ensuring adherence to highest standards. Follow merchandising guidelines, store policies, safety protocols, and implement planograms for consistency.
- Product Placement and Replenishment - Arrange products on shelves and displays for optimal visibility and attractiveness.
- Promotional and Point of Sale Setup - Establish promotional displays and signage to effectively convey pricing, discounts, and special offers.
- Strong communication and relationship building - Foster positive relationships with in-store colleagues and provide timely feedback to client account teams.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area
- Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a car for business use
- Background in retail merchandising, retail, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take ownership of work within set time frames, problem-solving independently
