- Develop and Lead the SSC Finance Team covering Management Accounts and Commercial Finance
- Standardise and rationalise processes, ensure documentation meets financial control requirements
- Oversee monthly management accounts preparation using relevant SAP systems, conduct balance sheet reconciliations, provide P&L visibility to department budget holders, and lead variance analysis discussions
- Manage the purchase order process, including training, policy, and approval matrix across departments
- Support the Group Financial Controller as needed, focus on finance staff development, bring in industry experience in a Group accounting function (desirable)

We've got an awesome opportunity at our Waterside Head office for a skilled Head of Finance to join our Group Finance team. As the Head of Finance - SSC, you'd be leading the SSC Finance Team handling Financial Control and Commercial Finance for shared service centre business costs, overseeing various departments like Finance, HR, IT, and centralised operations teams across different geographies.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional excelling in both technical and commercial accounting, showcasing strong analytical skills, data analysis proficiency, and expertise in budgeting and forecasting. Excellent communication skills are a must to convey complex financial information to stakeholders.
This is a permanent office-based position offering flexibility with preferred starting times between 8 am - 10 am from Monday to Friday.
