The Role

Starting January 2023

Duties include:


  • Prospect calls to nonspending branches and prospects
  • Account management calls to branches according to callcycle.
  • Prepare proposals and or quotations for accounts you are responsible for
  • Work with Creative Media to ensure leads are developed
  • Send product information as required
  • Ensure incoming enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Assist in monitoring trade accounts spend in conjunction with sales target tracking
  • Assist with driving technology improvement to make department more efficient including CRM etc
  • Ensure all customer contact details are correct in ERP system
  • Provide data and reports for line manager as required in a timely manner.
  • Assist with telephone answering as required
