About The Role:
Cambridge Design Partnership is a leading technology and product design consultancy, managing and delivering global project work for innovative healthcare and consumer clients.
As one of our human factors experts, a critical element of our innovation process, your role is to identify, plan and implement a variety of user research techniques to support the creation of early stage concepts.
As part of our cross-disciplinary user-centred design team, you'll have the excitement and responsibility of leading research projects and presenting your insights and analysis to clients.
About You:
- Good degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Social Sciences, Product Design, or Engineering related field
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and willingness and ability to travel nationwide and overseas (essential)
- Knowledge of designing, implementing, moderating and reporting formative and summative usability studies
- Demonstrative experience of translating research into usability engineering documentation
- Design and planning of workshops for new and exciting products
