About The Role:

Cambridge Design Partnership is a leading technology and product design consultancy, managing and delivering global project work for innovative healthcare and consumer clients.

As one of our human factors experts, a critical element of our innovation process, your role is to identify, plan and implement a variety of user research techniques to support the creation of early stage concepts.

As part of our cross-disciplinary user-centred design team, you'll have the excitement and responsibility of leading research projects and presenting your insights and analysis to clients.

About You:

Good degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Social Sciences, Product Design, or Engineering related field
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Commercial awareness and willingness and ability to travel nationwide and overseas (essential)
Knowledge of designing, implementing, moderating and reporting formative and summative usability studies
Demonstrative experience of translating research into usability engineering documentation
Design and planning of workshops for new and exciting products
