A leading sports and entertainment influencing marketing agency based in Shoreditch has an exciting new opening due to growth, for a Junior Finance Assistant to join their finance team.

The role would suit a recent finance graduate looking to grow theircareer and offers a study package too.

The role will be a hybrid role with a mixture of office and home working.


As the Finance Assistant you will be integral to the Agency's successful financial process supporting the finance team in helping to ensure the smooth running of day to day finance activities.


Ideally you will have a positive 'can do' attitude, have impeccable attention to detail and an enthusiasm for developing a career in business finance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create jobs on finance system
  • Purchase Order creation
  • Weekly 'Time Data' report management
  • Ad Hoc SAP Help
  • Time Sheets, Expenses and Amex queries
  • Maintain Parked Invoice list
  • Process Immediate Payment requests
  • Manage setup of new clients
  • Work with the Assistant Business Manager to ensure that all invoices for fees and costs are raised as per the client's requirements
  • Ensure that time and expenses are matched appropriately (WIP)
  • Ensure that new joiners are set up and trained on SAP for timesheets and expenses


  • SAP Liaison

  • Work with the SAP Team to ensure all SAP issues are dealt with and resolved


  • Accounts Payable Liaison

  • Work with the Shared Service AP Team and suppliers to resolve queries
  • Liaise with the credit control team to ensure receivables are collected and up to date
  • Handle Purchase Order queries
  • Ad Hoc research and projects as required

REQUIREMENTS:


Ideally you will be a recent Finance Graduate looking to join a growing company where you can progress your career.

You will need to have strong numeracy skills with Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Pivots & lookups knowledge desirable) and previous SAPexposure would be a plus.

The role would also suit someone who has a keen interest sports and popular culture.
