    Principal/Senior Sustainability Consultant - BREEAM Lead

    This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our influential Smart Energy and Sustainability team. We work with a variety of clients, from local authorities to universities, shaping their decarbonization strategies and paving the way for a net-zero future.

    Currently, we're searching for a dynamic Senior or Principal Sustainability Consultant to take the lead on our BREEAM services and team at our office in Leeds city center. You'll be an integral part of our growing UK team, contributing to the development and execution of exciting projects.

    So, what will you be in charge of?

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance our Smart Energy and Sustainability offerings locally and collaborate with our UK team. Your main responsibilities include:

    • Leading BREEAM projects
    • Managing project deadlines
    • Providing sustainability guidance to project teams
    • Attending site visits to monitor progress
    • Assisting in new work proposals
    • Participating in team meetings
    • Completing relevant training

    In order to excel in this role, you'll need:

    • Ambition and self-motivation
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Project management abilities
    • Client relationship management experience
    • Previous project delivery success
    • Skills in Part L modeling and LCA
    • Experience in developing others
    • Skills in business development and sales

    We are interested if you possess the following:

    • Knowledge of building performance modeling techniques
    • Ability to analyze and present information effectively
    • Understanding of environmental policies
    • Experience with carbon calculation methodologies
    • Leadership capabilities
    • Graphic design skills
    • Ability to develop digital solutions
