General Responsibilities

  • Management of all active projects in London.
  • Management of onsite operatives.
  • Be an integral part of winning new business.
  • Maintaining already developed relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Budget Planning and forecasting.
  • Liaising with Quantity Surveyors to ensure budget allocations are kept to.
  • Training and mentoring of Junior staff.
  • All management based administrative duties.
  • Visit Sites regularly to ensure projects are running efficiently.
