is seeking to appoint a

1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Apprentice

Salary in line with national apprenticeship wage rates and dependent on experience
37 hours per week / 38 weeks per year - Including 20% off the job training

DEMAT and Babraham C of E Primary School are looking to appoint a teaching assistant apprentice to work with a child with special education needs in our Reception class from September 2023.

Our staff team is small and the school is a nurturing and welcoming environment for you to learn and grow.

Alongside working, you will undertake a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

The successful applicant will be:

Able to establish supportive relationships with the pupil
Able to show a 'cando' attitude and seek solutions to problems
Able to aid the pupil to learn as effectively as possible both in group situations and on their own
