Your role

• To provide high quality to support to individuals that have complex needs and may display behaviour that may challenge in their home or in a community setting.
• Provide practical and personal support including personal care and administration of medication
• Support service users to maintain and develop their independence
• Ensure that the service user space is liveable by completing household/domestic tasks

Requirements:

• The ability to commute across the Manchester region
• Pervious experience of supporting individuals with complex disabilities. Minium of 6 months being UK experience
• The ability to commit to 24hour shift rota and work during unsociable hours
• The ability to commit to full time working hours
• Passing a suitable background checks and where applicable international police checks
