In this role you will

Process all Internal Authorised Repairers Auto VHC requests using Vehicle Health check ensuring SLA is achieved
Process all Internal Authorised Repairer Part Pre-Pick diary preparation and WIP conditioning ensuring SLA is achieved
Respond to all Authorised Repairer enquiries/requests ensuring SLA is achieved
Define customer's parts needs and sell relevant part by means of internal systems catalogues and computer stock lists.
Satisfy internal parts customers whilst meeting Service level Agreement.
Identify all parts required, checking availability of identified parts and processing through our systems.
Notify Sales and Accessories Manager of any out of stock situations.
To work effectively within the dealership team to ensure industryleading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
Communicate effectively to all Auto VHC requests using internal communications

Salary:
Up to £24,000.00 per year
