From Carlfow Sales Planning, HR, Finance and Purchasing to Parts and Service, or working with one of our iconic brands, there's plenty of areas to choose from.

Once you have applied you are able to select your preference in our screening form that will be sent out via LinkedIn message.

Final role assignment will be discussed in the offer stage.

From the start you will be provided with a 'buddy' and will be developed and mentored as a part of the structured programme.

In each placement, you will be fully accountable for delivering results, both in day-to-day operational tasks and through contributing to key strategic projects.

Are you the ONE?

You are an undergraduate currently completing a degree, in any discipline, ideally a business related degree, and working towards a 2:2 minimum grade.

Your degree includes a placement year opportunity. You should also have a minimum Grade C/4 in Maths and English. Or equivalent qualifications. A full driving licence is advantageous.

You are a self-motivated, passionate, innovative individual.

You have excellent communication skills and would be able to build strong, collaborative, working relationships with employees and teams across the organisation and at all levels.

You are organised and are good at absorbing information, analysing problems, above all with a creative mindset.
