Inside

Edinburgh/Hybrid or Remote**We're looking for a Enterprise Data Architect to lead on the design and development of a new Cross Service Data Framework for one of our Public Sector clients.


Essential Skills, Experience and Relevant Qualifications

  • Broad experience of architecting data solutions, in a cloud AZURE environment, with multiple stakeholders over many organisational boundaries
  • Experience of data strategy, governance, standards, metadata management, tooling, modelling and innovation
  • Experience of complex integrations of both internal and external systems;
  • Experience of the complete Software Development Lifecycle;
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Strong selfstarter, able to handle unknowns, whilst pushing the data agenda forward
  • Public sector digital delivery experience;

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of the Scottish planning system;
  • Experience of Digital First Service Standard;
  • Strong coordination / management skills;
  • Exposure to geospatial concepts, and systems;
