We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide additional assistance as needed
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to effectively communicate and analyse customer needs
- Must be able to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary:
From £24,938.98 per year
