Description
The key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant will be:

  • Have regular meetings to discuss workload and priorities.
  • Attend and provide confidential support at formal meetings when required
  • Undertake a wide range of tasks and assignments requiring considerable use of judgement, personal initiative, and discretion.
  • To make constructive recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation
  • Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide and maintain confidential, comprehensive, and effective support and assistance.
  • Manage COO diary, contacts, time management and prioritisation of meetings.
  • Meeting papers, reports, action, and policy deadlines in line with the committee and policy cycle.
  • Coordinate, format and submit papers for committee meetings attended by the COO
  • Travel and accommodation bookings in line with company policy
  • Process expenses in line with company policy

Profile

The successful Personal Assistant will be:

  • Immediately available or 1 week notice period
  • Be organised
  • Have Personal Assistant experience
  • Be able to work well in a team

Job Offer

The successful Personal Assistant will be offered:

  • Hybrid working
  • 29k31k equivalent salary
  • 7 month contract with the potential to be extended
  • Immediate start date
  • Based in York
