About the Role & the Team
This role will provide an opportunity to support the Finance department, by undertaking a range of necessary tasks and identify solutions.
This role will be based in our Doncaster office.
Role Overview
- Accurately posting sales receipts & reconciliation of sales ledger
- Raise & post sales invoices to sales ledger
- Keep precise records of outstanding retentions
- Work towards and meet monthly targets for improving working capital & driving down Debtor Days as well as other KPIs
- Build both internal relationships with Project Managers and external with customers
- Manage and review credit limits by arranging periodic credit checks
- Taking credit card payments via phone & bank cheques to ensure receipts are banked in a timely manner
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required in which you adequately trained to carry out.
