Our well established business is growing and we are looking for an Inventory & Inspections Clerk to join our team

Location - Birmingham City Centre, covering South Birmingham (Solihull/Redditch)

Hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00am till 5:30pm

Role Summary

Completing Ingoing inventory reports ready for a new Tenancy
Completing Outgoing inventory reports once a Tenancy has ended
Completing Mid Term Inspection reports during the Tenancy
Liaising with local Property Managers to identify defects when completing any report to ensure swift resolutions
An eye for detail and ability to work proactively

Person Specification
We're looking for someone that is a good fit for us, but we also want to be a good fit for you To join team JS, you'll need to be;

Wants to join a successful and growing business

Has a natural flair for and enjoys dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service
Is articulate with strong negotiating & communication skills
Has at least 1 years' experience in a similar role
Full UK Driving License required
