Our well established business is growing and we are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join our team

Location - Birmingham City Centre

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:45am till 5:30pm

Role Summary

Administrating new tenancies
Referencing prospective tenants
Liaising with customers and colleagues
Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets

Person Specification
We're looking for someone that is a good fit for us, but we also want to be a good fit for you To join team JS, you'll need to be;

Has previous administration experience
Wants to join a successful and growing business
Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
Excellent communicator
Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
Ideally has 1 years' experience in a similar role
