Location - Solihull Office

Hours:

Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.45am 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9:00am 4:00pm (a day in lieu owed for the Saturday)

Role Summary

Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
Following office procedures & policies
Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
Window cards and branch material to be managed and rotated weekly
Order EPC's / required compliance
Responsible for all aspects of new business including general touting for organic business growth and proactively ring thorough our database for business generation
All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material

Person Specification
We're looking for someone that is a good fit for us, but we also want to be a good fit for you To join team JS, you'll need to be;

Has previous sales experience
Wants to join a successful and growing business
Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
Has a natural selling ability
Has a natural flair for dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service
Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
Ideally has 1 years' experience in a similar role
