HR Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join our client based in Ascot.

The successful HR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Providing uptodate advice on employment issues as a qualified CIPD professional.
  • Supporting the team with performance and salary reviews and ensuring appraisals are completed.
  • Ensuring all staff have current job descriptions on file.
  • Dealing with changes to terms and conditions of employment/employment documentation
  • Providing advice and support with disciplinary processes, restructuring and redundancy.
  • Advising staff in relation to employment terms and conditions (pay, maternity, paternity, flexible working, annual leave calculations, etc).
  • Tracking and maintaining records of staff absence and annual leave.
  • Ensuring that staff personnel files are up to date, organised and securely stored, both electronically and paper files.

The HR Manager will have:
- relevant experience within a Human Resources department.

  • Minimum level 5 CIPD qualified with a current strong working knowledge of operational HR or relevant employment law qualifications.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and databases
  • Ability to respect the confidential and sensitive nature of employee issues that arise
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to communicate confidently with a variety of stakeholders.
