Botleigh Grange Hotel & Spa, an iconic venue will be reopening its doors after an extensive refurbishment project with 62 rooms.

We are a close-knit team of highly skilled and passionate hospitality professionals making us a very exciting business to work for.

We are looking for passionate talented people to join our Team.

This historic country house hotel, set in 14 acres includes fishing lakes, landscaped gardens, outdoor terraces, and adjacent woodland. Botleigh Grange was originally built as a private Country House during the 17th century.

The property is in close proximity to the Hamble Sailing waters and 2.3 miles from the Ageas Bowl cricket grounds.


The Hotel is looking for a Part-Time Breakfast Cook (Mornings):


Minimum Requirements:

3 years or more experience in food preparation, production, and service.

Good knowledge of ingredients, traditional dishes, basic cooking techniques and the desire to aim towards fine dining experience.

Ability to read and write, comprehend menus and F&B related items in English, including Point of Sale tickets.

Food Safety Certification or the ability to acquire.


Ability to commute/relocate:

Botley, Hampshire:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
