The Xenia Group are a fast-growing organisation consisting of multiple brands: Xenia Estates, Xenia Lettings and Xenia Students. We specialise in property, block, and lettings management as well as student and residential lettings, operating throughout the country.

We are looking for a full time, Cleaning Operative to join the team in Glasgow, starting
immediately.

You should have a positive and pro-active attitude and a drive to keep and maintain the high standards throughout our student accommodation building in Glasgow city centre.

If you can clean to a high standard, have a keen eye for detail, as well as taking pride in your work, you may be exactly what we're looking for.

Key Responsibilities

Deep cleaning of student accommodation rooms and kitchens following checkout

Other Responsibilities

Cleaning of communal areas and assisting with general upkeep of the property as required
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning
Sweeping and mopping the bin store
Empty bins, clean toilets, and sinks
Keep lift clean internal & external
Wipe clean mirrors in gym area and vacuum
Assisting with the checkin/out procedures (room inspections, reporting maintenance etc.)

Dependable, enthusiastic, and hard working
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Previous housekeeping/ cleaning experience preferred
Most of all, you'll be someone who can respect, encourage, and connect with the people you work with and the students who live with us

£12,000.00 per year
