    Grayce is looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to help drive forward our growth plans for 2024 and beyond.

    Job Title:
    Talent Acquisition Officer
    Up to £27k based upon previous experience + quarterly bonus

    Other Information:
    This role is hybrid with 1-2 days working from the Manchester City Centre office

    The successful applicant will join an established Talent team of 9 and will be responsible for supporting our internal stakeholders with finding the best emerging talent on the market in the transformation and digital space.

    Developing a strong understanding of Grayce's offering and development programmes alongside the end-to-end recruitment cycle allows you to provide knowledge to internal and external stakeholders, whilst ensuring consistent quality of deliverables

    Managing the careers calendar, scheduling interviews, responding to ad-hoc queries, incoming phone calls and emails is all in a day's work.

    Building pipelines for current and future demand by working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand potential future business needs and address current holes in the talent pool.

    Talent Acquisition is a fast-paced role, by working with a proactive mindset, we can forecast and spot potential difficulties at early stages and implement strategies to address these before they become an issue.
