The Company

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager within a Charity organisation for their services in the North East area of Leeds.

The Role
This is a full time role, offering hybrid working, as well as flexi time. There is also opportunities for study support within this role, should you wish to explore this.

Within this role, you will oversee group payrolls, with responsibility for compliance with HMRC regulations as well as generating third party payments

You will also:

Ensure the monthly processing of the charity's payrolls are accurate and hit relevant deadlines
Liaise with the Finance Team on monthly payroll payments
Oversee autoenrolment into the Pension Scheme
Responsible for the provision of Payroll related reporting
Assist in the day to day running of the Payroll operation

This role will suit someone who has experience in a similar role, or someone who is looking for a step up into Payroll Management.

As well as this you will have:

Proven track record of managing payroll systems and processes
Demonstrable knowledge of HMRC and pension requirements
Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation
Ability to make manual calculations
CIPP Diploma in Payroll Management or equivalent would be advantageous, but not essential
