    Job Summary

    Exciting Band 6 positions are now open in the Emergency Department for experienced Nurses in emergency medicine. We are looking for individuals with exceptional leadership qualities and proven abilities to drive change. A positive outlook and strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire and motivate others. The work can be challenging yet rewarding, providing opportunities to showcase organizational and Clinical skills across various specialties such as Paediatrics, Plastics, Orthopaedics, Medical, and Surgical.

    We are currently undergoing a thrilling department rebuild phase that includes the development of a Paediatric Emergency Department and a dedicated Paediatric waiting area.

    Job Description

    Job Responsibilities

    As a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse, you will provide clinical and managerial leadership to a diverse team, ensuring optimal patient care through effective planning, evaluation, and mentorship. You will play a pivotal role in improving clinical standards, maintaining a positive working environment, and driving service excellence.

    Working Pattern:

    We have both fixed term (part-time) and substantive (full-time) positions available, offering a variety of shifts including long days, night shifts, twilights, early, and late shifts.
