Key Responsibilities
- Creating a welcoming, well looked after pleasant office environment for the team and visitors.
- Manage day to day administration and practical support for all premises matters.
- Logistics organisation for internal meetings, training and social events
- IT support, straight forward trouble shooting and maintenance of equipment
- Responsible for the switchboard
- To provide additional and flexible support ti Finance, Admin, Health, Safety and environment quality and marketing

- Flexible, adaptable, proactive and reactive
- An understanding of what it takes to be professional to be logical, selfmotivated, proactive, commercially minded, and positioning yourself as an integral part of the team.
- You will have experience of Client Care (both internal and external), are able to communicate verbally and write to a high standard.
- An ability to follow, adhere and promote Quality standards as set out in the Quality policy in line with ISO standards.
- Competence in Microsoft Office LINK and other software packages as required and a desire to strengthen skills in line with your own professional development.
- You will have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
